National Elder Law Month 2023

May national elder law month logo

May is designated as National Elder Law Month by the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).  Elder law attorneys address the legal needs of elderly people including long-term care planning and financing, Medicaid planning, estate planning, Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney.  National Elder Law Month was established as a way to acknowledge the practice of elder law and how these services help the senior community.

Elder law attorneys are advocates for elderly individuals and their families, and they address important issues such as how to preserve your hard-earned life savings, who will manage your estate, and ways you can protect your assets from nursing home expenses.  Donald B. Mark has been helping families with their elder care legal needs since 1992 and has a passion for this area of the law.  Learn more about our elder law services.
