Mr. Mark establishes special needs trusts for individuals who are disabled and under the age of 65 years and supplemental special needs trusts for any individual who is disabled, including adult children who are disabled. He protects the house for the healthier spouse and protects the legal rights of an individual and his or her family when long-term care is required. If you do not know your rights, then you often do not have those rights because the Medicaid agency is prohibited from providing Medicaid planning advice.

Thank you for your professional knowledge and guidance in planning various estate documents for our smooth transition to later in life situations. Your guidance was superb as well as leaving time for Linda and I to review all materials and suggest additional changes, if needed. If guidance is needed in the future, we will again seek your professional knowledge. Thank you.-Bill
I would like to thank you for all your hard work and time on behalf of my son and I. You have no idea the peace of mind and relief that I am feeling now to know that Dennis will be taken care of, safe and secure after I’m gone. You have made that feeling possible for me! You are a very kind person and I am grateful to have chosen you. I also applaud your knowledge and understanding of your work. Since you made me feel confident by your knowledge, I am confident that our documents are the very best. We wish you the best of everything in life in all your future endeavors.-Rae
